We provide psychiatric options for clients who desire medication therapy as treatment or to compliment other treatment modalities.
FORTITUDE is for ?
Persons ages 18 and up who choose to utilize prescribed medications under the care of board certified practitioners to support their well-being. Our clients experience a decrease of uncomfortable symptoms and these results contribute to a better quality of life.

You experience; Depression, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic, Concentration/Focus problems, problems going to/ or staying asleep (Insomnia), nightmares, PTSD, Mood swings, Anger, Agitation, Acute or Chronic Stress, Body image difficulties and more.
Due to the size and scope of it’s practice, FORTITUDE Psychiatric Supportive Services LLC does not treat Serious Mental Illnesses such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorders or Substance Abuse based on complexity. Complexity may be discussed during a consultation. Cognitive decline due to aging such as Alzheimer’s is also excluded from our routine services to learn more about cognitive impairment click here.

How FORTITUDE prescribes medications and orders laboratory tests.
FORTITUDE Psychiatric Supportive Services, LLC utilizes up to date e-prescribing software that provides immediate order entry that increases safety, accuracy, and affordability. We save the client money by finding the lowest cost available for ordered medications. Patients can choose if they prefer name brand or generic. Our electronic prescribing system automatically checks for coupons or discounts and applies them for the best possible savings.
Autonomy! Patients who prefer to do their own research and price comparisons may choose a written script which they can present to the pharmacy of their choice for filling.
Follow up! Our providers follow up with patients in the following days anytime a medication is initiated or there has been a change in dose.
Feedback! We value our clients feedback. Knowing if the medication is working or if there are side effects informs the provider in making the right clinical decisions for the client.
Laboratory Testing and Medications Laboratory results are sent directly back to the ordering provider and placed in the clients record. Similarly medication orders placed electronically are accessible by the chosen pharmacy for filling. The cost of the laboratory testing and medication are the responsibility of the client. In some cases Laboratory and Medication costs may be covered by or reimbursed to the client by their insurance company, clients are encouraged to contact their health insurance carrier to inquire about reimbursement.
