Accepted Insurance and Direct Pay / Out of Network Notification

FORTITUDE Psychiatric Supportive Services accepts OPTUM, United Healthcare, First Choice Health, and Kaiser Permanente at this time all others are considered “Out of Network”. If you have an “PPO” your insurance will likely cover part of the costs for services. Some insurance policies reimburse for out of network services. It is highly recommended that clients who desire insurance reimbursement contact their insurance carrier directly to determine if they are eligible for reimbursement of services provided by an out of network provider.
